Program Overview
Our Little Learners program fosters a love for learning for ages 3-5 through hands-on activity, exploration and classroom-based education. Our program incorporates Executive Functioning Skills development and Social Emotional Learning as the building blocks of becoming thoughtful, independent learners. Students will receive comprehensive preparation for Elementary School in our comfortable and supportive learning environment.

What is Pre-Registration?
Little Learners @ Star Tutoring is currently under construction and we anticipate launching in August of 2021. We are accepting pre-registrations as way to keep interested families informed when we are ready to accept students. Pre-registration does not require a deposit and it doesn't commit you to our program. When you are pre-registered, we will hold a spot for you. When we open, you can decide whether to register.

Can I visit Little Learners?
Star Tutoring Centers is open for consultations by appointment. Please note that our new Little Learners space is currently under construction and the class space is not fully built yet. You may contact us to set up a consultation, visit our Center and meet with our Center Director to discuss our program.
What is your student / teacher ratio? Are your teachers certified?
Our objective to create a comfortable, safe and well-supervised learning environment. Our target ratio is 1 instructor per 7 students. All classes are led by bilingual certified teachers.
What are your tuition and refund policies?
To create a consistent academic and social experience for our students, we ask our families to plan to enroll in semester increments. We evaluate early withdrawals on a case-by-case basis. Upon registration, we will bill for one month at a time in advance. We will store a credit card securely in our system and bill at the start of each month. Our programs are backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our program, we will refund your last payment.
What is a typical daily schedule like? What meals are offered?
Little Learners is a half-day program with an AM cohort (8a-12p) and a PM cohort (12p-4p). We aim to create consistency and routine for our students. A typical daily schedule consists of play time, group activities, executive functioning development (organization, time management and planning), structured learning, snack time and Spanish immersion. Snacks typically include fresh fruit, juice or water, and crackers (such as goldfish). Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or allergies.
