We Love LEGOs!

Have you heard of the term “AFOL?” It stands for Adult Fans of LEGOs. It’s a growing community of people who embrace the tactile and thought-provoking fun of the building block hobby.

LEGO® has come up with some really great products for people of all ages. The architecture series lets you build monuments such as the Louvre and the Shanghai skyline. The new art series features works like the Beatles and Warhol’s Marilyn Monroe. You can even build Central Perk from Friends. Some of these new bundles are marked for ages 18+!

LEGOs can also be used for structured engineering education for kids. When paired with fun themes like Minecraft, Pokemon, and Robotics, hands-on learning feels more like play time than class time.

LEGO®-Inspired Engineering Camps

Star Tutoring is thrilled to partner with Play-Well TEKnologies to offer LEGO-inspired engineering camps this summer. Camps are 1 week long and 3 hours per day in the morning or afternoon. Play-Well brings thousands of LEGO pieces to the camps and their trained instructors help kids foster creativity through structured activities.
